Background:

Mrs. Murdoch is currently involved in the Natural Sciences degree program with a math minor in order to improve and widen her knowledge of science and prepare for a masters degree program. She did research as a research assistant with Dr. Jerzy Maselko in complex systems during the summers of 2004 and 2005, and with Dr. Beverly Barker in chemical education during the summer of 2006. The attached picture of Mrs. Murdoch was taken in January of 2006 in Kiev, Ukraine.
